The On The Road 311 (311) released in 2019. It uses Cree XM-L2 U3 LED, OP reflector and 1 x 16340 Li-Ion battery. The powerful emitter in this flashlight provides up to 720 lm output, 5625 cd intensity, and a beam distance of 150 m.

This light has 4 modes of lighting. The memory function is a nice feature, the light will remember the last used mode. It has a strobe function, which is one of the most effective self defense tools available. The 311 flashlight is rechargeable easily via USB port.
