The Nitecore NU35 (NU35) released in 2020. It uses Cree XP-G3 LED, TIR reflector and integrated 590mAh Li-Ion battery and 3 x AAA battery. The powerful emitter in this headlamp provides up to 460 lm output, 580 cd intensity, and a beam distance of 48 m.

It uses a TIR lens to form the beam pattern. This light has 4 + 3 modes of lighting. This light does not have memory function. The NU35 flashlight is rechargeable easily via USB port.

Performance

The throw is the calculated distance in meters at which the flashlight produces a light intensity of 0.25 lux. The candela per lumen (cd/lm) ratio can be used to determine if a flashlight has a spot or flood type beam.
